He is practicing in the field of Direct & Indirect Taxation and Auditing since 1981. He also handles individual and corporate taxation including transfer pricing and assignments in relation to Legal, Corporate, Taxation and Statutory Compliances. He is specialized in handling taxation matters including Income Tax Consultation, appearances and assessments relating to Scrutiny, Surveys, Search and Seizure under the Income Tax Act and representations at the assessment and appellate levels., consultancy in project finance, monitoring of finance, conducting Management Audit/ System Audit/ Stock Audit/ Receivables Audit/ Tax Audit/ Investigative Audit of the Companies and Inspection of Bank Branches, Vetting and certification of documents, Service Tax etc. He also guides the clients through the whole process of setting up, running and/or expanding their business, which includes choosing the appropriate organizational entity, incorporation, preparing project reports, profitability statement, fund flow and other related statements, liaison with banks and financial institutions for obtaining loans and submission for approvals and related compliance work and other consultancy services relating to Project Funding- Preparation of project reports. He was lecturer of Accountancy, Auditing and Taxation in Mithibai college, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai and was Head of Department- Accounts.
